Sau 1 tháng khai quật trên diện tích 400 m2, các nhà khảo cổ đã phát hiện 109 hiện vật, bao gồm các loại chất liệu đất nung, gốm sứ có men, đá và gần 2.000 mảnh vỡ hiện vật. Trong đó, hiện vật chất liệu đất nung chiếm số lượng lớn nhất, chủ yếu là các loại gạch xây dựng và trang trí tháp. Chất liệu đá có một đầu tượng rắn Naga, một số mảnh trang trí góc tháp…
Đặc biệt, các nhà khoa học đã tìm thấy bộ linga – yoni có kích thước lớn gần như còn nguyên vẹn (ảnh). Linga có đường kính 40 cm, cao 43 cm. Yoni dài 168 cm, rộng 124,4 cm, dày 25,5 cm. “Đây là bộ linga – yoni thuộc loại lớn nhất của văn hóa Chăm được thấy từ trước đến nay”, TS Hiền khẳng định.
